By using Aero AI Keyboard, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Aero AI Keyboard is a mobile keyboard application that provides Indian language transliteration, AI-powered grammar correction, tone adjustment, smart replies, translation, voice input, and document scanning features.

2. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan: Includes unlimited typing, transliteration in 10 Indian languages, and limited daily AI features.
Premium Plan: ₹199/month or ₹1,990/year. Includes unlimited AI features, all themes, and no ads.
A 3-day free trial of Premium features is available on first install.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
Refunds are subject to Razorpay's refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
Attempt to reverse-engineer the application
Use the service for automated bulk text processing
Share your premium subscription with others

5. AI-Generated Content

AI features (grammar fix, tone adjustment, smart replies, translation) are powered by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI suggestions before sending.

6. Intellectual Property

Aero AI Keyboard and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Codfather Logic LLP. The app is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aero AI Keyboard is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to incorrect AI suggestions, translation errors, or data loss.

8. Device Limit

Premium subscriptions are limited to a maximum of 2 devices per account.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
